COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
We will aim to resolve your complaint as soon as possible.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint within 5 working days we will contact you with an update or acknowledgement. If we are still investigating your complaint at 4 weeks we will contact you to let you know.
We will send you a final response at 8 weeks.
If you are dissatisfied with our resolution you can refer the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS):
